How to delete it
In the app. Open KarsHub and go to Profile → Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. Type ELIMINAR to confirm.
On the web. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you use in the app, check that it's yours and type ELIMINAR to confirm. That page is in Spanish.
Your account is deleted within minutes. If you ask again, we show you the same request.
What gets deleted
We delete your profile, your saved items, the accounts you follow, your searches, alerts, interests, My garage vehicles and devices. Your activity becomes anonymous, your messages are replaced with “[Mensaje eliminado]” (message deleted) and your private-seller vehicles stop being shown.
What we keep
Only what the law requires: payments and paperwork (for example, a title transfer), without your profile data.
Before you delete it
- If you have a title transfer in progress, finish it first: while it's open, the account can't be deleted.
- Deleting the account can't be undone. To come back, you'll need to create a new account.
